 CLCT Participating Companies

The Center for Legal and Court Technology obtains most of its technology through product loans from a variety of companies throughout the world. Companies that agree to support the Project through technology, services, or other forms of support become "Courtroom 21 Participating Companies." Ordinarily, a Participating Company agrees to support the Project with the expectation that the company will periodically upgrade the product supplied. The Center uses the technology as realistically as possible and, as appropriate, advises its many visitors about the technology. There is no financial charge to become a participating company. Customarily for-profit firms seek to become Participating Companies in order to obtain marketing exposure for their products and to gain feedback about the strength and weaknesses of their products as they relate to the legal community.

As a Courtroom 21 Participating Company you will have the opportunity to:

  • Describe your company as a “Courtroom 21 Participating Company”
  • Describe your product as “installed/used in Courtroom 21”
  • Have Courtroom 21 available for demonstrations for your company
  • Display marketing materials in the McGlothlin Courtroom – home of the Courtroom 21 Project
  • Have your product/service showcased in CLCT’s Courtroom 21 Court Affiliates’ Quarterly Newsletters
  • Have your company’s information and product/service description on CLCT’s website
  • Receive targeted marketing lists featuring Courtroom 21 visitors
  • Be featured in New Participating Company press release
  • Display marketing materials and products at CLCT conferences and training
  • Sponsor CLCT conferences and training
  • Provide promotional items to attendees of CLCT conferences and training
  • Have your product shown to the visitors of Courtroom 21 demonstrations, conferences and training programs
  • Receive advice from CLCT on how to market your products to the legal community
