Advanced support includes technical troubleshooting, design and implementation of systems, and administration of other Court Audio/Video personnel.
Maintenance and Repair
Learn the basics of why and how audio and video equipment is maintained
Acquire methods of problem diagnosis and repair procedures
Use test measurement equipment to adjust, align, test and repair devices
Terminate various types of cables typically used in audio and video systems
Be introduced to Blueprints and Construction Issues
Read and understand blueprints and electrical diagrams
Learn about bid specifications
Gain basic comprehension of other normal documents used in new construction and renovation of court facilities
In both of the categories above, the roles of the installer, dealer, distributor and manufacturer of A/V equipment, etc. will be discussed and appropriate contacts for different situations will be identified.

Cancellation Policy
Deadline to change course dates without penalty:
The deadline to change course dates without penalty is 5 p.m. Eastern Time four (4) business days prior to the beginning of the course. Penalty after that time is $150.00 to cover nonrefundable expenses. Substitution of a replacement registrant, however, can meet an original registrant’s obligation provided the substitute is qualified to take the course.
Deadline to cancel courses or conferences without penalty:
The deadline to receive a full refund or annulment of obligation for a cancelled course or conference registration is 5 p.m. Eastern Time four (4) business days prior to the start date of the event. For example, if a course or conference begins on a Monday, the cancellation request must be received by 5 p.m. the previous Tuesday.
The same deadline applies to cancelling a conference dinner registration. If the conference dinner registration is not cancelled by the deadline, the full amount for the dinner is due.
